Can I register as a Tenant?
Unfortunately, you cannot register as a tenanat. Your Landlord or letting agent have to register and add you to their account
What do I need to register?
All you need is an email address, name or company name to register.
What kind of accounts are available?
The website cateers for multiple account types: Agent, Landlord, Tenant, Accountant, Trades, Account holder account. Depending on your set up and number of properties
Is my data secure?
Yes your data is secure, we encrypt all your data before we store it and we do not share your data with anyone
Do you track my web movement?
No we do not track your web movement. We do not use tracking cookies or track your accross other websites
Do you handle rent payments?
No we do not handle your tenant payments. Your existing payment method will continue to be used. We handle the communication between Tenant and Landord / Agents, property documents and pictures, set reminders and legal requirements
Is there a minimum contract period to use your service?
No, there is no minimum contract period to use our services. You are free to end your contract at any time
Can I manage multiple properties with one account?
Yes you can, an account can have multiple properties and each property can have multiple tenancy agreements
I already have tenants in my property, can I still join?
Yes you can, an email link would be sent out to your tenants to log in and view all their required property legal documents
Do you handle or track property finance?
No we do not track any finance items for the property. We do not connect to your bank account to get your finance. In the future, we would have a feature where we can check if a tenant has paid their rent on time and notify the landlord of missed payments
